I chased after you,
Your tail wagging the entire time.
You wanted me to run after you.
Catch you way down the road.
Ears flopping,
Sprinting as I sprint to you.
You never tired,
Not even for a second.
You were scared when I caught up to you.
You had nothing to fear.
Your tail still wagging.
You listened and we kept on going.
